Grizzly launches helicopter-borne surveys for battery-related minerals at Robocop project in British Columbia, Canada

Grizzly Discoveries Inc. is the sole owner of a 6,850-acre (2,770 ha) project near Grasmere and Roosville in southeastern British Columbia, Canada. The project — referred to as Robocop — consists of five road-accessible mineral claims off provincial Hwy. 93. On November 20, 2020, Grizzly Discoveries announced having retained Geotech Ltd. to perform helicopter-borne versatile time domain electromagnetic (VTEM) and a magnetic survey over its property. Surveying will commence late in November 2020 and is expected to be completed within days.

The Robocop property in British Columbia has previously disgorged significant volumes of Cobalt and Copper. The objective of VTEM and magnetic surveying of the Robocop property is to identify metals essential to the development and electrification of batteries essential to the production of electric vehicles and sustainable energy alternatives. VTEM and magnetic surveying has successfully identified potential drilling targets within the Idaho Cobalt Belt in the Salmon River Mountains in east-central Idaho, United States.

The goal of the VTEM and magnetic surveying is to identify drilling targets in addition to those defined by drilling and soil sampling conducted between the 1980s and 2008. Assay results from surface trenching and 15 drill holes at the Robocop property have revealed Co-Cu-Ag (cobalt-copper-silver) mineralization similar to findings at cobalt projects at productive Idaho and Montana projects.

Grizzly Discoveries Inc. is a Canadian exploration company focused on developing assets in British Columbia, Canada. In addition to its Robocop project, Grizzly has consolidated historic mining camp properties in South-central British Columbia in the Republic-Greenwood Gold District. That assembly of 180,000 acres has reportedly produced over six million ounces of gold historically.

Grizzly Discoveries Inc.’s shares are traded on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GZD, on the Frankfurt Exchange (G6H), and on the over-the-counter QB exchange (GZDIF). Grizzly has a market capitalization of approximately $5,621.637 and has traded between $0.02 and $0.095 over the last 52-week period. On November 20, 2020, GZD’s shares traded at $0.065/share.
